Welcome to the heart of my collaborative musical adventures: Hip Replacement Projects. This is my umbrella name for a vibrant collection of musical endeavors where I team up with other artists, explore new sounds, and bring unique, often one-off, creative visions to life.
While Eracode is where I delve into my main personal musical journey, The Hip Replacement Projects is all about the thrill of collaboration and the excitement of diverse partnerships. It’s a space where ideas are bounced around, genres are blended, and unexpected sonic (and other) magic happens.

Under the Hip Replacement banner, you’ll find exciting ventures like:
- Long Time Citizen: My collab with Greg Donnelly (The Dollyrockers), based somewhat in classic ‘billy based pop and rock.
- Three Bored Theory: A recent get together of three solo artists performing on one bill, usually myself, Joe O brien (Three Chord Theory) and Greg Donnelly.
- …and various other collaborations and one-offs that emerge from spontaneous jams and hair-brained ideas, shared inspirations, or just a mutual desire to create something new and different.
These projects are a testament to the power of shared creativity in music. They allow me to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to unique artistic narratives. If you’re fascinated by how different musical minds come together to create something fresh and exciting, you’ll love what you discover here.
